Technical Specifications:

BASE:

SUSPENSION:

  • Structural steel longitudinal members manufactured from “I” beams, interconnected by cold-formed “Z” type through-beams, MIG/submerged arc welding.

  • Two-speed mechanical lifting device, telescopic and crank-operated.

  • 5/16’’ steel plate friction table.

  • 2’’ flanged king pin, manufactured in chrome nickel steel according to ABNT-335 standard.

  • Bumper according to CONTRAN resolution 152/2003.

CARGO BOX:

  • High-tenacity side canvases made of PVC-coated polyester. The lower part of the canvases is equipped with buckles made of high-strength plastic material, assembled with high-tenacity polyester tapes with hooks. The upper part of the canvases is equipped with high-strength plastic casters so that the canvas can be opened and run on the upper profile. Aluminum profiles are installed at the ends of the canvases, which in turn are fitted into tubes with ratchets to tension the canvases.

  • Roof made of canvas with the same characteristics as the side canvases.

  • Movable columns made of galvanized steel, to support the roof and fix the containment bars.

  • Load containment bars made of galvanized steel.

  • Rear frame made of structural steel.

  • Fully opening rear doors, white exterior finish, built-in rods and lower latches.

  • Ratchets with straps for securing cargo.

  • Checkered steel sheet floor.

CAPACITY:

  • ​Suspension rocker system with spring support with removable washers, scale support in stamped steel, tension arms with molecular rubber bushings, scales in stamped steel, 2’’ pins and bushings in 1045 cemented steel, pressure lubrication, semi-elliptical spring beams.

  • Tubular beam axles with load capacity of 11 tons each.

  • Compressed air brakes of 16.5’’ x 8’’, with two lines, service and emergency. According to CONTRAN resolution 777/93.

  • Wheels with smooth cast steel hubs, with 90mm internal and external bearings, reference 32.218, 8.25” x 22.5” wheels for 295/80 R 22.5” tires (without tires).

  • Mechanical, mixed or pneumatic suspension;

  • Pneumatic suspension on the 1st axle;

  • 02 or 03 axles, tandem or vanderleia;

  • 4th axle;

PINTURA:

  • ​Cleaning with chemical degreaser and phosphating;

  • Base: Application of anti-corrosive primer;

  • Finish: Painting in the indicated color in PU;

  • Option of colors for the tarpaulins: yellow, blue, white, gray, orange, silver, black, green, red.

  • Front panel and rear doors in white.
